Toubkal Trekking & Souss Region

Day 1: MARRAKECH
Arrival and assistance at Marrakech Airport. Transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: IMLIL
Departure for Imlil this morning. On the road of Tini test, Imlil is a true Chamonix moroccan and the starting point of many trekking in the Toubkal National Park. Today you will start a walk in the Tachdir t Valley with a licensed mountain guide. Dinner and overnight at the inn.

Day 3: TOUBKAL
After breakfast, you climb Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa (4165 m). You will be guided by your mountain guide and some mules in case of fatigue. (5 to 6 hours walking). Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: IMLIL
Return to Imlil and explore more of the area and meet the locals. Dinner and overnight at the inn.

Day 5: TAROUDANT
After breakfast, you will leave for Taroudant. Visit the town of Taroudant also called Small Marrakech. Taroudant is more a market town and offers an authentic experience of daily life and a relaxed atmosphere. The city is well known for local handicrafts. Dinner and overnight in a Riad.

Day 6: ESSAOUIRA
Today you will leave for Essaouira also known as Mogador. . The town became famous after the shooting of Orson Welles ‘ film Othello in 1949. Lunch in the port, in the afternoon, visit of the Skala, the port and the city centre with its old medina and souks, and not to forget the areas of the consulate and the Mellah (Jewish area). Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 7: MARRAKECH
After breakfast, you will return to Marrakech. Check-in at your hotel and you will have the rest of the day at your leisure, either to relax at the pool or stroll through the souks. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 8 : MARRAKECH / back home
Depending on your flight schedule, you will be driven to the airport for your return flight or extend your stay in this beautiful country.
