Marrakech & Desert Trekking

Day 1: MARRAKECH
Arrival at the airport of Marrakech, welcome and transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: MARRAKECH
Day dedicated to the visit of Marrakech. You will visit the Bahia Palace, then the royal necropolis of the Saadian Tombs. After lunch, visit the Jemaa el Fna square, the heart of the city where there is an incredible spontaneous animation. Visit of the minaret of the Koutoubia, a true symbol of Marrakech. Then, your guide will help you to discover the souks and their trades: carpenters, babouchiers, dry cleaners. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: MARRAKECH-OUARZAZATE-ZAGORA (360 Km)
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Ouarzazate crossing the high Atlas via Tizi-n-Tichka (2260m of altitude). Lunch and continuation to Zagora via Agdz, through the Draa valley. Dinner and overnight at the Riad.

Day 4: ZAGORA-BIVOUAC
Morning of relaxation at the Riad. Lunch and departure to the dunes, meeting with the chamelers, transfer on dromedary’s back to the bivouac. Dinner and overnight in nomadic tents in the Sahara.

Day 5: bivouac-OUARZAZATE (160 Km)
Early morning to watch the beautiful sunrise, return to camp for lunch. Return to Ouarzazate. Lunch and visit of the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. Dinner and overnight at the Riad.

Day 6 : OUARZAZATE MARRAKESH (200Km)
After lunch, departure to Marrakech. Arrival and lunch, check-in to the hotel. Free afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: MARRAKECH
Free day at your hotel in half board.
Or Moroccan cooking class in a Riad ($).
Or Excursion to the gardens of Majorelle & ramparts of Marrakech ($).
Or a Fantasia dinner show ($),
Or a gourmet dinner ($).
Or excursion to Essaouira ($).

Day 8: MARRAKECH / back
Transfer to Marrakech Airport for your departure flight.
