Day 1. AGADIR:
You will find your driver / guide upon arrival at Agadir airport and you will be transferred to your hotel in Agadir. After check-in, depending on your arrival time, you will have the rest of the day off. D
Day 2. AGADIR-MASSAA-TIZNIT-AGLOU-LAGZIRA: (160 KM)
After breakfast, you will meet your driver / guide to start your tour. You leave Agadir in the direction of Massa. The reserve of Massa is a beautiful sanctuary filled with different species of birds. It has a huge beach and an impressive troglodyte village. You then continue to the Medina surrounded by walls of Tiznit. It was originally the site of Jewish silversmiths and jewellers under Sultan Al Hassan. A visit to the ancient souk is worth it because its architecture is truly exceptional. At seventeen kilometers north of Tiznit, well on the track, are the beaches of Aglou. Only frequented by a few fishermen, these pristine beaches are the ideal place for energetic walks. You can visit the small fishing port and the caves at the foot of the rocks. Then you continue your stay in the direction of Lagzira, with its beach and its natural arcades in the rocks. The beach is very charming just before sunset when the rocks become really red. Day 3. LAGZIRA-SIDI IFNI-GOULMIM-TAFRAOUT: (227 KM)
You’re leaving this morning for the Spanish enclave of Sidi Ifni. The village is full of colonial architecture as it was considered a Spanish colony from 1930 until 1969. Then you continue towards, a small village that has well deserved its name of “door to the desert”. Its main attraction is the famous camel market, the largest in the country, and is held every Saturday in the early morning. An ideal place to meet the Touareg, the famous “Blue Men Of The Desert”. Your day continues between picturesque fortified villages, orchards filled with almonds and fields surrounded by Barbary figs. On the way to Tafraout, you pass valleys with acacias and argan trees and you will be amazed by the goats that go up into the trees. You dine and spend the night in Tafraoute in the Hotel Les Amandiers . BLD
Day 4. TAFRAOUT-IGREM-TIOUT-TAROUDANT: (192 KM)
Today you leave Tafraut to go to Igrem. Then you continue towards Tiout. Tiout has one of the largest stone kasbahs in the south and is still owned by the local caid. Thanks to its splendid view, this location was used in the French film of Jacques Becker, “Ali Baba and the forty thieves” in 1954. After your donkey ride through the palm grove, you continue towards Taroudant. Taroudant is also called The Little Marrakech, almost the whole city is located inside the ramparts. Taroudant is rather a market town and it offers an authentic experience of everyday life and its relaxed atmosphere. The city is known for its craftsmanship. Overnight in Salam Palace. BLD
Day 5. TAROUDANT-IMMOUZER: ( 110 KM)
After a city tour through Taroudant, you return by Immouzer. Immouzzer is the capital of an almost hidden and preserved Valley that resembles the gardens of paradise. The valley is covered with argan trees, palm trees, almond trees, juniper trees and olive trees. It is also well known for its honey, which is celebrated every August and of course also for these famous waterfalls (water flows only in winter ! Overnight at Hotel Les Cascades. DDA
Day 6. IMMOUZZER-IMSOUANE-AGADIR: ( 160 KM)
Before returning to Agadir, you pass through the small village of Imsouane. It is a small fishing village and it kept its authenticity until they built the new modern harbour. It is also a famous place for surfers. Return to Agadir for dinner and overnight at Hotel. BLD
Day 7. AGADIR –CITY TOUR
After breakfast you will be taken for a 3 hour city tour. You will visit the port, with its largest sardine fishing fleet in the world and witness the traditional handling in the craft construction of boats; the ruins of the kasbah on top of the mountain with its splendid and panoramic views; pass through the new rebuilt city, stop in front of the largest mosque; finish with a guided tour in the souk. Day 8.AGADIR – AIRPORT:
After breakfast and in agreement with your departure flight, you will depart for Agadir airport – or you will extend your stay with us in Morocco to explore even more this beautiful country. B
